Description of Service

RandomQ is an AI-powered interactive question platform that provides curated question databases and AI-generated content across multiple game modes (Classic, Deep, Debate, Roleplay, Spin). Some features require a registered account; advanced features require a credits purchase.

User Accounts

1. Account Creation: To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information.
2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.
3. One Account Per User: Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits is prohibited.

Credits and Payments

Credits System

• RandomQ uses a credits-based system. Free accounts receive an initial credit balance upon signup.
• Additional credits are available for purchase at the prices listed on our Pricing page.
• Credits are consumed when using AI-powered features (e.g., Roleplay mode AI generation).

Payment Terms

• All purchases are processed securely through Creem, our payment provider.
• Credit purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
• Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
• You agree to pay all charges associated with your selected credit package.

Free Tier

• Free users have access to Classic mode and other static-question modes without consuming credits.
• AI-generated content (Roleplay mode) requires credits.
• Ads may be displayed to free users.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use RandomQ only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our question databases or AI outputs at scale
• Use automated tools to generate excessive AI requests or circumvent rate limits
• Create accounts to abuse free credits or trial access
• Use the service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose
• Interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the service
• Upload or transmit malicious code or harmful content

Intellectual Property

• All content, design, code, and AI-generated outputs provided through RandomQ are owned by or licensed to RandomQ.
• You may use questions generated by RandomQ for personal, educational, and commercial purposes (e.g., team building, content creation), subject to these Terms.
• You may not resell or redistribute RandomQ's question databases or platform in bulk.

Privacy

Your use of RandomQ is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Third-Party Services

RandomQ uses third-party services including payment processors (Creem), AI providers (OpenRouter), and analytics tools. Your interactions with these services are governed by their respective terms and policies.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or continued availability of the service. AI-generated questions may occasionally produce unexpected or imperfect results.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RandomQ and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in behavior harmful to the service or other users.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
